Russ Sullivan has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources, including C-level positions for healthcare and technology companies; including startups and third generation organizations as well as public and private entities. Russ has leveraged his experience to identify and develop creative and practical solutions to the human resources needs of business leaders.

Russ has helped employers turn the challenges posed by federal and state laws and regulations into a competitive advantage. By analyzing various approaches to compliance, and their resulting outcomes, Russ has identified effective solutions for navigating required guidelines and rules. Specific examples include the Massachusetts Pay Equity Act, the Affordable Care Act, FLSA, and Massachusetts Earned Sick Time regulations.
